I am in Law enforcement and i was more scared AFTER my self defence (defensive tactics) training than ever. why?? i was worried i would forget something, not apply the arm bar just wright, affraid i would use TOO MUCH pressure and break something. Police get criticized all the time for Excessive force, yes i know some cops have gotten carried away at times, but bottom line no one cares about the cops life, everyone cares about the scumbags civil rights im not saying that people are not entitled to there freedom, but once you cross that line, this country is to sympathetic and this is why most americans dont know how to protect themselves.
